Cargo Transportation Process and Time

I. Logistics Service Objectives

On our website, we are committed to providing you with high-quality logistics options. We deliver products to hundreds of customers every day, always responding to your needs with the highest efficiency.

II. Delivery Scope

We can ship to almost all countries in the world, except the Philippines, Indonesia, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, and Syria. We sincerely apologize for this and will continue to strive for improvement.

III. Shipping Fee Calculation

  • Orders totaling $99 or more (excluding free products) are eligible for free shipping.
  • For orders less than $99, the shipping fee is $18.
  • Free products have their own separate shipping fees. If an order contains free products and other paid products, and the total amount exceeds $99 but a shipping fee is still required, the fee for each free product is $18.

IV. Delivery Timeframe

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and force majeure factors)

 

  • Processing time: 1 – 3 business days
  • Transshipment: The transshipment process usually takes about 5 – 7 days (as the shipping address of the goods is in Tibet, it takes longer to reach the coast)
  • Shipping time:
    • Europe and America: 5 – 10 business days
    • North America: 7 – 12 days
    • Other regions: Usually 10 – 20 business days

V. Order Tracking

After the order is shipped, the logistics is domestic at first. When the order is transshipped abroad, we will send you relevant information via email. You can check the logistics status on [the website order page or the corresponding express official website] 1 – 2 business days later.

VI. Handling of Undelivered Parcels

If you haven’t received your parcel 60 days after it was shipped, please contact our customer service email at [[email protected]]. We will either resend a new item to you or issue a full refund.

VII. Weight and Size Restrictions

The weight limit for a single parcel is 30 kilograms, the longest side should not exceed 1.5 meters, and the sum of the three sides should not exceed 3 meters. If the limit is exceeded, we will split the parcel for shipping and adjust the shipping fee accordingly.

VIII. Handling of Shipping Abnormalities

All orders come with basic logistics insurance. If a parcel is lost, stolen, or severely damaged, please contact our customer service within 3 days of discovering the problem and provide relevant evidence. We will initiate an investigation within 5 days and calculate the compensation according to the regulations.

IX. Customs Duties and Taxes

The customs of the destination country will levy customs duties, value – added tax, or other relevant taxes based on factors such as the category and value of the goods. These fees need to be paid by you when the parcel goes through customs clearance. If the parcel is delayed or returned due to failure to pay the fees in a timely manner, you will bear the responsibility, but we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

X. Logistics Process for Returns and Exchanges

(I) Returns

Apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods need to be kept in a condition that does not affect resale. After obtaining return authorization, send the goods back to the designated address in Tibet. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee if it is not due to product quality issues. Please inform us of the return shipping tracking number after sending the goods back.

(II) Exchanges

Apply for an exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be in a condition that does not affect resale:

 

  • You need to return the original item within 7 days; once the order number provided by the customer can be queried on the official website, we will send out the new item.
    The shipping fees for exchanges due to product quality issues will be borne by us, while personal – reason exchanges will require you to cover the fees.
